Returns / Refunds
We accept returns of all unwanted items provided they are returned to us within a 7 day period. *
We accept returns of faulty or incorrect items provided they are returned to us within a 28 day period.
* PLEASE NOTE: For returns of unwanted items we will not refund the postage cost. We will only refund the postage on faulty or damaged goods.
Returns and refunds can be arranged by emailing email@example.com and requesting an "Authorised Return Number".
Please notify us by email as soon as the problem with your order has been discovered.
Please don't return any items to us without contacting us by email first. Any faulty or incorrect items should be returned with the "Authorised Returns Number" written on the parcel.
Once the returned item has been received and checked by our team, a refund will be issued. If you have paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be issued back to that card. This may take 2-3 working days. If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will be issued back to your PayPal account immediately.
Postage delays/ loss:
In order to declare an item lost, we must wait a certain length of time after the shipping date.
For UK orders, parcels are considered lost 12 working days after shipping date.
For international orders, parcels are considered lost 37 working days after shipping date.
If it reaches this time, we will refund the order or send out a replacement.
Faulty / Damaged items:
a) You can return them to us for a full refund as long as we are notified of the fault within 30 days of receipt. We will also refund the cost of your return postage. In order for us to do this, please make sure that you take a photo of the postage receipt. For UK orders please send them back by 2nd class standard. For international please contact us.*
*Bear in mind that if there is nothing wrong with the record/s, you will be responsible for the return postage cost
b) If you’re happy to keep the record, we will offer you a % discount as a refund depending on the severity of the damage.
